Mass Creation – Bulk product creation via CSV template

Step 1 – Open the Product Generator

Start in the workspace for product creation.

• Navigate to Product Generator in the dashboard sidebar
• Click the Mass Creation button at the top

Step 2 – Upload Your CSV File

Upload a file with headers like product description, URL, images, GTIN/EAN, and SKU.

• Drag your file or click to upload
• Wait until the preview loads

Step 3 – Select the Header Row

Define the row that contains your column titles.

• Click Select Header Row and confirm

Step 4 – Map Your Columns

Tell the system what each column represents.

• Match each column to its destination field:
  • Product Description
  • Product SKU
  • Product URL
  • GTIN/UPC/EAN (optional)
  • Template ID
  • Image 1 through Image 6

Step 5 – Submit the Batch

Start bulk generation.

• Click the Submit button to begin creation

Step 6 – Monitor in Input Log

Follow processing in real-time.

• Open Input Log
• Look for Collecting Data and Creating SEO Data statuses
• When it says Done, click View to check the results

Step 7 – Review and Edit Each Product

Each product generated from the CSV will contain:

• Name, SKU, Slug
• SEO Title & Meta Description
• Long and short descriptions
• Attributes and images
• Categories (if mapped)

Click each result to verify and make refinements.

Final Result
